When you make an enquiry

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number, preferred area, selected service and the property plans you choose to share.

I use that information to respond to your enquiry and discuss the property buying support you're looking for.

Please include only the information needed for that conversation.

How your enquiry is handled

The website runs on Vercel and sends enquiry notifications through Resend to Michael Short at Proptip.

A copy also goes to Chris Lourenco at Loudachris, who supports the website and its enquiry delivery.

These hosting and email services process information to operate, secure and deliver the enquiry service, and their infrastructure may process information outside Australia.

Technical information, including your IP address and the page you submitted from, is used for security and troubleshooting.

Filtered submissions may be retained in restricted service logs so an enquiry can be reviewed if it was incorrectly filtered.

Guide sign-ups and bookings

The free guide forms and the strategy call calendar are provided by Vexur, which Proptip uses to send your guide, follow-up emails and booking confirmations.

Vexur receives the details you enter, such as your name, email address and phone number, and makes them available to Michael.

You can unsubscribe from the follow-up emails at any time.

Website visits and links

On proptip.com.au, Google Analytics helps Proptip understand how visitors find and use the website, and the Meta pixel measures Proptip's advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

These services may set cookies and receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your browser and device, and an approximate location.

You can manage this through your browser's cookie settings, Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on and your Meta ad preferences.

The videos are hosted with the website.

Phone links open your device's calling application, and external links take you to websites with their own privacy practices.

Review-site page openings

On the Proptip review addresses, a page that stays visible for 2.5 seconds lets Chris Lourenco at Loudachris know it's been opened.

The notification includes the page, opening time, approximate city and country, browser and device type, and the browser's timezone.

Browser storage limits this to 1 notification per page per browser session and remembers owner preview mode.

IP addresses are used to limit repeated requests, and notifications are delivered to Chris through Resend.

This review notification is restricted to the review addresses and doesn't operate on proptip.com.au.
